We are seeking a hands-on Line Supervisor to lead daily packaging and containerizing operations while supporting and developing Line Operators. The ideal candidate is a dependable leader who can coordinate workflow, monitor productivity and quality, and keep the team focused on meeting production goals. Position Summary:
The Line Supervisor serves as a hands-on leader for the packaging and containerizing team, providing direction and support to Line Operators while actively participating in daily production activities. This role is responsible for coordinating workflow, monitoring productivity, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
