Marketing & Branding Manager

\n \nA growing consumer brand is looking for a Marketing & Branding Manager to lead U.S. brand strategy across an own-brand portfolio spanning Supplements, Health & Wellness, and CPG . This is an opportunity to take ownership of brand positioning, campaign strategy, budget, and cross-channel growth in one of the world's largest consumer markets.
\n \nSuccessful candidates will define and execute U.S. brand strategies, adapting global products and positioning to local consumer behaviour while identifying new opportunities for audience and brand growth. You will lead campaigns end-to-end, working across social, PR, influencers, retail, Amazon, and direct-to-consumer channels to create a consistent and compelling brand experience.
\n \nYou will own the brand marketing budget, manage external agencies and partners, track campaign performance and ROI, and work closely with commercial and retail teams to drive measurable brand awareness and growth. This role would suit a hands-on brand marketer who understands the U.S. consumer market and has experience building and scaling consumer brands.
\n \nIdeal candidates will have knowledge of:
\n \n• 5+ years of brand marketing experience in CPG, Supplements, Health & Wellness, or a closely related consumer category
\n• Developing and executing U.S. brand strategy
\n• Brand positioning, localization, audience development, and consumer insights
\n• Building and scaling consumer brands in the U.S. market
\n• End-to-end campaign management and creative direction
\n• Social media, PR, influencer marketing, and retail marketing
\n• Managing and owning brand marketing budgets
\n• Campaign performance measurement, ROI tracking, and marketing analytics
\n• Managing external agencies and creative partners
\n• Coordinating marketing activity across Amazon, Costco, Target, DTC, and other retail channels
\n• U.S. consumer behaviour and cultural trends
\n• Developing consistent cross-channel brand experiences
\n• Working with international teams and global HQ environments
\n• Big-brand or 4A agency experience
\n• U.S. retail partnerships and go-to-market strategy
